Does your satellite service have a special application on your PC doing the logon for the service?

You'll probably need to setup the router to do the login to the satellite service for you.

Is your PC set to DHCP or static IP address?

                                      Hi

Try this:
Go to START, then select RUN. in the black window that comes up type PING 61.88.88.88 and hit ENTER.

If it comes up with four lines saying 'reply from 61.88.88.88: bytes=32 blah blah blah' then you have connectivity to the outsiide world from your computer and there's probably some DNS error that needs sorting.
