Iphone 3g: A great new device from apple that is to be faster and cheaper then the pervious apple iphone.

Thanks Wiki:
"Color: Black (8 GB or 16 GB) or white (16 GB)
Size: 4.5 inches (115.5 mm) (h) × 2.4 inches (62.1 mm) (w) × 0.48 inch (12.3 mm) (d)
Weight: 133 g (4.7 oz)
Headphone jack (non-recessed)
Battery has up to 10 hours of 2G talk, 5 hours of 3G talk, 5 (3G) or 6 (Wi-Fi) hours of Internet use, 7 hours of video playback, and up to 24 hours of audio playback, lasting over 300 hours on standby.[21]
Tri band UMTS / HSDPA: UMTS 850 / 1900 / 2100
Assisted GPS, with preference to location based on Wi-Fi or cell towers"

So why is it that only at&t is allowed to sale the phone? Why does at&t charge $45 per month for unlimited data plan and $30 for personal unlimited plan?

I feel that it sucks for the time being, but hopefully someone around the world will crack it and create a unlocked iphone 3g so that we, the rest of the world, can use and be part of the apple customer base.

Hopefully, it will come soon and be non restrictive! We want a free unlocked apple iphone 3g!! we need people to scream that out so that carriers like tmobile, attel, airtel, hutch, ect!

I found a list of wireless providers, i didnt know there we so many!.. and this not a compreshive list either!..
Anyways, we need to keep moving on with the fact that iphone needs to have more features such as n95 and still keep the look appeal that it has! Its a great looking phone and if only it would use sybiam or google anoriod.

Anyways, its just my 2 cents. Good luck to everyone who wants the phone but arent a att customer. Hacker.. please hack iphone 3g and give the rest of the world a chance.. ofcourse I do not promote hacking or illegal activities, but at the same time, me saying do it or not, people will be people and do what they want to on thier own judgement!

Peace.. one love.. apple..
