help me with free isps

Okay, I have some questions about free ISP. Is using netzero/juno together going to give me 10 hours each that equal 20 hours. Or is it only 10 hours with both? Also if you create several accounts and passwords on netzero/juno can you beat the 10 hour limit.

AND! Does anyone know of any other free ISPs that are good? I need a local number as well because I don't have long distance.

If someone could help me out here soon, I think my 10 hours may be VERY close to ending.
