                                      A message ballon is popping up with Critical System Error! message at the bottom right corner of my PC continuously. When clicked, one website opens which sells antivirus s/w. IS my PC infected by spyware? If so how do i remove it? I have already tried with Norton and McAfee but to no avail. Somebody please help me out.&lt;br /&gt;

                                      I recieve this message every time I start the computer up:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
RunDLL (on the title bar)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Error loading winpya32.rom (next to a big red &quot;x&quot;)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The specified module could not be found. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Then there is the &quot;OK&quot; button&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Any easy way to fix this error??&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!</description>
