| Yes netzero is a really good isp. I would use it if I didn't have a cable modem and I hate dial-up. I haven't heard many bad reviews about them. | ||

| Internet accelerators can significantly increase download speeds. I would get one b/c the prices difference compared to standard dial-up is not that big. Maybe a buck at most. I would jump on it. | ||

| From my understanding free isp's provide horrible connection speeds and service. Hence why they are free. Around here Netzero is popular but that doesn't mean its good. | ||
