| If you are looking for a primary ISP i'm not sure if netscape is the right ISP the features are pretty limited and you do have to use their toolbar.

| I think every ISP has their up's and down's.. one thing to keep in mind is access4less is for users who dont need the technical help or use the connection for a backup and not a 24x7 connection..

| you might also check out isp.com or the new netscape isp service getnetscape.com they both offer cheap internet access and are pretty reliable. | ||
